My name is YanLin Tso. I have attended trainings in Advanced Trauma Therapy,  Internal Family Systems Therapy, Culturally Conscious Therapy and I am a Somatic Experiencing Trainee.

My Approach

I employ dialectical behavioral therapy tools, self compassion, parts work, somatic approaches and research-based interventions all utilized within an anti-oppression framework.
