Animist Somatic Practice Groups
What is an animist somatic practice group?
It is a group that draws upon our connection with nature, community and our senses to nurture our own abilities to regulate the nervous system and connect with our bodies to gently resolve trauma that accumulates in the body.
Why somatic practice?

-Increase your sense of peace and wellness
-Learn to keep your cool in triggering situations
-Improve emotional awareness and boundaries

Groups will take place weekly on Wednesdays at noon ET

How should I prepare?
Take time to relax and have some transition between your daily life and the practice before and after. Take care of your body before, during and after the session.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing is required but have access to water, some open space to move or a chair if desired and any comfort items needed, such as a blanket, stress ball, etc
